Privacy Policy
Opening
This Privacy Policy explains how HTF Guide handles information when you visit this independent fan-made guide. Effective date: 2026-09-01. Contact: hello@{DOMAIN}.
Information we process
HTF Guide does not offer accounts, comments, uploads, or contact forms. We may receive limited technical information through hosting, analytics, and advertising services: page views, referring pages, coarse location, device and browser information, cookie or similar identifiers, IP-address information in edge logs, and timestamps.
Analytics and advertising
We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site use. We may use Google AdSense to show advertising after the service is enabled. Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies to serve or measure ads based on prior visits. Google’s use of the DoubleClick DART cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this and other sites. You can manage Google advertising preferences through Google Ads Settings.
Consent and choices
Visitors in the EEA and UK can use our consent banner to choose whether analytics and advertising cookies may be used. Before consent, non-essential analytics and advertising technologies should not load. You can reopen the preference panel through Manage preferences. Visitors outside those regions may have additional opt-out choices through their browser settings and Google Ads Settings. This site currently uses a basic consent mechanism; a Google-certified consent management platform will be integrated before advertising is enabled.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, deletion, correction, portability, or to object to certain processing. We honor applicable browser-based Global Privacy Control signals where required. To make a request, email hello@{DOMAIN}. Because we do not operate user accounts, please include enough information for us to identify the relevant request without sending unnecessary personal data.
Children
HTF Guide is not directed to children under 13, or under the higher minimum age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Retention and changes
Analytics settings may retain data for up to 14 months. Hosting-log retention follows Cloudflare’s applicable service settings. We may update this policy as the site or its services change; the effective date will be revised when we do.
Closing
This policy is provided in plain language; it is not legal advice.
